BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Bookings are secured with a Booking Fee, which is part of the total treatment price. Balance payable at your appointment by card, EFT or cash.

RESCHEDULING You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Use the RESCHEDULING LINK in your booking confirmation email. This is the quickest and easiest option.

BOOKING FEE Your booking fee (deposit paid) will only be credited or refunded with more than 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.

LESS THAN 48 hours notice to reschedule is a Cancellation.

Whilst we understand that you may have a valid reason to need to reschedule last minute, please understand that we also have business costs to cover.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment on two or more occasions will result in the full service cost of future bookings payable upon booking.

NO SHOWS Booking fee is non-refundable for not showing up to an appointment. If you have No-Showed you will only be rebooked with full payment of your next booking, 100% non-refundable Booking fee.

NEW CLIENTS Please book online or contact us to discuss your treatment options. New Clients are required to complete a New Client Intake form prior to appointment.

EXISTING CLIENTS Please advise Eyes Of Eden if you change your contact details or emergency contact details.

PATCH TEST You may agree to proceed without a patch test however, a patch test may be carried out in advance and requires a separate appointment. Please book directly or contact us to discuss.

ARRIVAL Late arrivals may compromise the treatment and will still incur the full cost of the treatment. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Please call or text if you are running late.

INFILL APPOINTMENTS To qualify for an infill, you must have your lash extensions applied within 3 weeks of your last appointment. Anything more than 3 weeks may require a full set. If you are unsure, please contact us on 0411 28 29 30 prior to booking. We book our infills a little different to some salons. All our infills are charged in ‘time'. We recommend that you follow the guidelines detailed with regards to the time you should allow, however this is of course entirely up to you and your budget. Please keep in mind that if you book for a 60 min infill and it has been 3 weeks since your last appointment, though we will work as efficiently as we can, we cannot guarantee you will be brought back up to a full set.

INFILLS are for existing clients only.

NEW CLIENT INFILLS For new clients with existing lash extensions, please book Lash Removal and a new set.

SALON CAPACITY The capacity of the salon only accommodates one person per appointment. No accompanying guests.

HEALTH Your health and the health of your lash artist are very important. Please do not come to the salon if you think you’ve got a bug and we will contact you if your lash artist is unwell at our earliest convenience.

ADMINISTRATION Eyes of Eden reserves the right to correct any clerical errors.

PRICES Prices are subject to change.
