Eyes of Eden — Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

All appointments are secured with a Booking Fee, which is applied toward the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment via card, EFT, or cash.

2. Booking Fee Policy

Your Booking Fee is refundable or transferable only when cancellation or rescheduling is requested more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations, and the Booking Fee becomes non-refundable.

We understand unexpected things can arise, but short-notice changes impact our ability to fill your appointment and cover operating costs.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your booking confirmation email—this is the fastest and most convenient option.

Appointment reminders are sent via SMS 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please ensure any changes are made before this reminder is sent, as the rescheduling link will no longer function.
Appointments cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded once you are within the 48-hour window.

4. Repeat Short-Notice Rescheduling

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice on two or more occasions, full payment will be required for all future bookings.

Please note: Our online booking system only collects a 50% deposit. In these cases, the remaining 50% of the service cost will be requested directly by Eyes of Eden after your booking. This balance must be paid promptly to confirm your appointment.

This full payment is non-refundable in the event of further short-notice changes or cancellations. Eyes of Eden reserves the right to decline future bookings that do not comply with these conditions.

5. No-Shows

The Booking Fee is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, all future bookings will require full payment in advance, which is 100% non-refundable.

6. Loyalty Courtesy / One-Time Grace Allowance

As a gesture of goodwill, each client is allowed one late-notice cancellation or reschedule without losing their Booking Fee—provided we are notified as early as possible.

This one-time grace is offered to clients with an existing booking history or clear intention to continue with services.

  • This does not apply to new clients with no prior appointment history.

  • Once this allowance is used, all future short-notice changes will follow standard cancellation terms, including loss of the Booking Fee.

7. New Clients

We welcome new clients to book online or contact us to discuss suitable treatment options. All new clients are required to complete a New Client Intake Form prior to their first appointment.

8. Patch Test for Eyelash Extensions

While optional, a patch test is strongly recommended to minimise the risk of allergic reactions—especially before important events.
Patch tests must be booked separately and carried out at least 72 hours prior to a full set. If a reaction occurs and a new set has already been booked, the appointment will need to be cancelled.
If you suspect a sensitivity, we recommend booking a patch test before securing your full set, as cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.

9. Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
If you’re running late, please call or text. Late arrivals may shorten the time available for your treatment and compromise results, but the full service fee still applies.

10. Infill Appointments

Infills are exclusively available for existing Eyes of Eden clients.
To maintain the quality and appearance of your lash extensions, infills are recommended every 3 weeks.

If you feel you may need more lashes than usual, you can add the ‘Extra Lashes’ option when booking online. All infills at Eyes of Eden are time-based.

11. New Client Infills

If you are new to Eyes of Eden and have lashes from another salon, please book a ‘New Client Infill’.
Alternatively, you may prefer a Lash Removal and a new set to ensure the best results and protect your natural lash health.

12. Health & Wellbeing

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
If your lash artist is unwell, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to reschedule.

13. Salon Capacity

To maintain a calm and professional environment, the salon accommodates one client per appointment.
No guests or children are permitted during your treatment.

14. After-Hours Appointments

Appointments outside of normal hours—including evenings and public holidays—can be arranged on request.
A 30% surcharge applies to all after-hours bookings.

15. Contact Details

Please keep Eyes of Eden updated with any changes to your contact information or emergency contact details.

16. Prices

Prices may be updated periodically. However, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured.

17. Administration

Eyes of Eden reserves the right to correct any clerical, administrative, or pricing errors without notice.

All images featured on this website and our platforms are the original work and property of Eyes of Eden. No stock photography has been used.
